RETURN POLICY

Returns Accepted For

• Damaged products
• Defective products
• Incorrect item delivered

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Return Conditions

Products must be:

• Unused
• Unopened
• In original packaging
• With original invoice

Images of the product and packaging may be requested before approving the return.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Opened products
• Used products
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Products returned without prior approval

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake, return shipping costs will be borne by AARTH Herbal.

If the return is due to customer reasons (where applicable), return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
